08:30: The tour car will pick you up at the hotel to Cai Beo pier so you can board the boat to visit Lan Ha Bay. Please bring your luggage when going on the tour because when the tour ends, the car will pick you up straight to Hanoi/Hai Phong.

Children from 4 - 6 years old: Charge 50% of adult price
Children from 7 -9 years old: Charge 75% of adult price
Children from 10 years old and above: Tour price as adults & enjoy all services as adults
 
CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMERS
 
Cancellation immediately after registration, you will be charged 10% of the tour price.
Cancellation within 10 to 15 days before departure date, you will be charged 30% of the tour price.
Cancellation within 5 to 10 days before departure date, you will be charged 50% of the tour price.
Cancellation within 3 to 4 days before departure date, you will be charged 75% of the tour price.
Cancellation within 0 to 2 days before departure date, you will be charged 100% of the tour price.
Cancellation during Tet holiday, you will not be refunded, canceled, changed, the above cancellation policy will not apply.
In case of rain and wind but the tour is still allowed to operate: If the customer cancels the tour on their own, they will be charged 100% of the tour price.
 
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY OR DUE TO OBJECTIVE REASONS
 
If Viet Nam Du Ky cannot carry out the tour, the company will immediately notify the customer and refund the customer the full amount the customer has paid within 3 days from the time of notification of tour cancellation.
In case of tour cancellation due to objective incidents such as natural disasters, epidemics, delays and cancellations of public transport... We will refund the amount or change the departure date according to the customer's request. Tour price may remain the same or change depending on service price at that time.
